Water-steam mixers

Used to wash the food industry equipments. The mixers are a low pressure hot water source by using the existent vapor and cold water supply sources. A mixer is economic in operation as all the heat energy in the vapors is delivered to the water. The mixing chamber is so designed as to minimize noise and vibrations and it is equipped with a safety device in order to provide for a normal operation when water is present in the mixing chamber. The water temperature at discharge is easily controlled by using the eater and vapor valves located at the inlet. The mixer is also foreseen with an integrated thermometer allowing the water temperature to be set and monitored. The water temperature at exit can be adjusted for values between 35 and 95 °C.
