Dyes

With a history of over 70 years in the dye production, Inver – Italy company proved in time to be one of the worldwide leaders in this field. In the middle 1960s, Inver started to get specialized in dye for metals – powder dyes. This decision proved to be decisive in the company's development as it led to the construction of a new factory in Minerbio, on a surface of 90.000 m2. The factory is ultramodern, with state-of-the-art equipments. The mission of the Inver company is that to identify and satisfy the customers' requirements by providing innovative products and services that entirely correspond to the quality, the environmental standards, the ecology and the labor security.



Powder dyes can be:
  • Polyesteric (exterior) dyes
  • Epoxy-poluesteric (interior) dyes
  • Epoxydic dyes
Polyesteric powder dye
  • it is a thermostatic powder coating without TGIC based on resins
  • it is recommended for covering and protecting certain products used in free spaces
  • particular mechanic resistance
  • good resistance to detergents, fuels and lubricants, atmospheric agents
  • it resists to yellowing during annealing
Epoxy-polyesteric powder dye
  • it is a thermostatic powder coating based on epoxydic and polyesteric resins
  • it is recommended for covering and protecting certain products used in inside spaces
  • particular mechanic resistance
  • good resistance to detergents, fuels and lubricants and chemical agents
  • it resists to yellowing during roast
Epoxydic powder dye
  • it is a coating based on epoxydic resins
  • it is recommended for covering and protecting certain products used in salted spaces
The pieces' dyeing with powders in electrostatic field provides a high quality to the finished product, both from the point of view of the mechanic resistance, of that of the resistance to corrosion and from the point of view of the commercial aspect. The dyeing process involves the following stages:
  • Surfaces' preparation
    - with a view to spraying with powder dye, the pieces shall be prepared from the mechanical point of view both by removing the rust and the wastes resulted from their processing
    - if possible, the pieces shall be blasted for preparing them for the dyeing
  • Powder dyeing in electrostatic field
    - the pieces can be dyed manually with powders sprayed by a manual or by an automatic pistol
    - the dyeing shall be made completely in all the corners and to the thickness necessary for a consistent dye layer
  • Powder dye's polymerization
    - the polymerization takes place in a stationary polymerization furnace with electric heating
    - the powder dye's polymerization takes place at temperatures between 1600 C – 2000 C - after the pieces get out of the polymerization furnace, the pieces shall be left to cool down

The Inver range is very varied, with various tints, in different variants: RAL and special: transparent, pearled, glossy metallic, semi-glossy, matte, semi-matte; fine texture or orange peel texture.
